A successful Implementation is impossible without good, practical Project Management. Using standard methods like Prince2 and best-fit approaches, a realistic plan is put in place which the team can be confident in because of all-round buy-in before launchig the project plan. Every project plan requires milestones and key deliverables at various stages, with dependancies built in so that the 'cart' is never 'put before the horse'. Using project plans from Enbu, you will see regular progress with working solutions from the start. We don't believe in the 'trust us' philosophy - we propose to always show positive results from the start and continue to show the progress in these results at regular intervals. Transparency in Implementation progress is vital for a smoothly operating project to achieve success.
