The CRM Log Wizard automates the use of the Log files in CRM whereby they can be automatically uploaded into the CRM system, and therein can be processed, analyzed and reported on to give the User a detailed analysis of what issues may have been captured in these Log files. The wizard is capable of processing all types of Log files generated by CRM.

All Log files generated by CRM are presented to the System Administrator for individual upload.

The CRM Log Wizard has a dedicated menu that provides a full review of Errors by type. The Error types are SQL Error, Durations, Exceptions, Violations, ASP and Other.
|
 SQL Errors are those Log Entries which have captured a Sql Error within the instruction CRM was trying to execute at the time.
|
|
The System Administrator may prefer to find log entries without the use of Error Detection.
|
|
|
The Summary Tab groups all log entries uploaded to the CRM Log Wizard.
